What it feels like

You’ve finished your physio sessions but don’t feel ready for a normal gym, or you want supervision while you get strong again.

Strength is the best injury prevention we know. Most people just need someone to show them how much is enough.

What we do

Groups of four at most, each with their own programme, in our strength room. A physio watches every rep.

Blocks of eight weeks, with a strength test at the start and the end so you can see the change.

A typical plan.
Yours is written at the first session.

Wk 01

Wk 03

Movements locked in, load rising.

Wk 06

Load

Heavier, harder, still pain-free.

Wk 08

Compare with week one. Plan the next block.
