What happened, what makes it worse, what you want back.

Before you book.
Do I need a referral?
No. Book directly. If your GP has written one, bring it.
Physio or osteo?
Not sure? Book an initial assessment with either. We'll swap you over if the other one makes more sense.
Can I claim on my health fund?
Yes, on the spot, with most funds. Bring your card.
What should I wear?
Something you can move in. Shorts for knees and ankles.
How many sessions will I need?
Most people need three to six. We'll tell you at the first one, and we'll tell you when to stop.
Do you tape everyone?
No. Tape helps some people for a week or two. The exercises do the real work.
