What it feels like

A knee that swells, wobbles on turns and doesn’t trust itself, whether you had the reconstruction last week or decided against surgery.

Most people get back to sport. The ones who don’t usually stopped the rehab when it started to feel fine.

What we do

We follow your surgeon’s protocol and measure every step: range, swelling, quad strength, hop tests. You see the numbers each session.

Strength work happens in our small class (max 4). Running, cutting and jumping come back in that order, when the tests say so.

A typical plan.
Yours is written at the first session.

Wk 16

Wk 36
