Appointments, cancellations, payments and health fund claims.
About these terms
These terms apply when you book or attend an appointment at Recoil Physio, 212 Smith Street, Collingwood VIC 3066, or use this website. By booking you agree to them.
Bookings
You can book online, by phone or at the desk. Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation message. Please arrive five minutes early for your first visit to complete an intake form.
Cancellations and missed appointments
Cancel or move your appointment at least 24 hours ahead at no cost. Cancellations with less notice, and missed appointments, are charged at $40. We waive this fee if you are unwell or for genuine emergencies.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late we will see you for the remaining time and charge the full fee, so the next patient is not kept waiting.
Fees and payment
Fees are listed on our Visit & Fees page and are payable on the day by card or phone. We can claim your private health fund rebate on the spot. Medicare chronic condition management plans, WorkCover and TAC claims are accepted with the correct paperwork.
Treatment and consent
We explain every assessment and treatment before we do it and ask for your consent. You can decline or stop any part of a session at any time. Results vary from person to person and we cannot guarantee an outcome.
Classes
Strength rehab classes are sold per class ($35) or in 8-week blocks of eight classes ($280), with a maximum of four people. Missed classes cannot be refunded but can be made up within the same block when a place is free.
