What it feels like

A neck that won’t turn when you reverse the car, and a headache that starts at the base of the skull in the afternoon.

Desks, screens, stress and poor sleep all feed it. So does avoiding moving it.

What we do

Osteo or physio hands-on work for the neck and upper back, then a check of your desk set-up from a photo you send us.

You leave with three exercises you can do while the kettle boils, and a rule for when to come back.

A typical plan.
Yours is written at the first session.

Day 01

Loosen

Turning the head comfortably again.

Wk 01

Fewer headaches

Exercises twice a day, desk changed.

Wk 03

Stronger

Upper back and shoulder strength.

Wk 05

Done

Headaches rare, and you know why.
